WHO IS MARY WORSTELL?
I am a wife and mother of 2 great kids and an old dog named Camper.
I am a total nerd at heart; if I could make money as a professional student, I would!
My family and I have been Carmel residents since 2013; we love our town!
I love reading historical fiction, murder-mysteries but I also love solving algebra problems.
I volunteer at Second Chance Foods, a local food rescue organization that cooks healthy
meals & provides fresh produce to Hudson Valley families in need.
I am always working on maintaining a positive mindset and attracting wonderful people
into my life—everyone that crosses your path does so for a reason.
I love spending time with my family and friends camping in the Green Mountains of
Vermont every fall; having no cell service is the best medicine of all!
As the wife of an FDNY firefighter, I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Veterans
and First Responders. As my way of saying thanks for their service, I always donate $200 to
charity upon the close of any deal with a Veteran or First Responder.
I enjoy art, especially pottery, but I’ve always wanted to create pen and ink drawings.
I love sailing in the British Virgin Islands; no vacation can hold a candle to it!
I graduated from a tiny Liberal Arts College in Lake Tahoe, NV, Sierra Nevada College,
and earned a BA in International Studies with a minor in History.
I started my college career at the University of Rhode Island in their Engineering program.
I have a Master’s Degree in Middle School Education and Special Education.
While I don’t currently teach school children, I love being able to employ my teaching skills
with my buyers and sellers during their real estate processes.
I absolutely love antique homes; I grew up in a house built in the 1850s on Staten Island.
I enjoy being the President of the Board of Trustees for Carmel’s Reed Memorial Library.
I’m completely passionate about real estate and it’s been my full time career since 2018.
